we are T-shirt printing specialists

T-shirt screen printing is the central pillar of our production programme. You can handle your entire order easily and conveniently by email, from your initial enquiry to the approval of the final proofs. We keep you informed about how your order is progressing. We always consult you if anything is unclear or if you have special printing requirements. We make sure that your order is printed correctly and delivered to the address you have provided by the agreed deadline. Printed T-shirts are commissioned from us by companies, associations, advertising agencies, other institutions, and private individuals.

Why entrust us with your T-shirt printing?

  • WE GUARANTEE THE DURABILITY OF THE PRINT
Screen-printed T-shirts are highly durable, even if frequently worn and washed. The colours do not fade or lose their saturation.
  • OUR T-SHIRTS STAND OUT BECAUSE OF THE SOFTNESS AND BREATHABILITY OF THE PRINT
When printing on T-shirts, we use discharge inks, which allow the fabric to discolour at the site of the print. As a result, the ink combines perfectly with the textile fibre. The colours are bright and vibrant, and the T-shirt print retains its softness and breathability.
  • WITH SCREEN PRINTING, WE CAN EVEN PRINT RASTER PHOTOGRAPHS ON TEXTILES
Screen printing can be used to reproduce full-colour raster photos and complex graphic templates.
  • WE PRINT LARGE FORMATS ON T-SHIRTS
It is standard for us to print on T-shirts up to a size of 38 × 48 cm (depending on the size of the fabric). The largest print format is 50 × 70 cm, which is mainly used on T-shirt blanks for fashion and leisure-wear manufacturers.
  • COMPETITIVELY PRICED T-SHIRT PRINTING
One of the advantages of screen printing over digital printing is its more affordable price. At higher print runs (hundreds or thousands), screen printing is unbeatable when it comes to price.

Affordable pricing for complex T-shirt prints

If T-shirts are screen printed, even full-colour templates can be reproduced. More detailed information about printing, including the colour separation technologies that deliver the best results when raster designs are printed, can be found in the printing technology section on our website.

T-shirts with custom label printing

We can remove the manufacturer’s label on T-shirts and replace it with your own printed label, complete with logo, size, weight and washing instructions. The production of custom- made T-shirts can be extended to cover further requirements you may have, such as packaging and marking with stickers.

T-shirt printing with phosphorescent inks

Devised an original T-shirt design and want to perfect it? Use special printing effects. The afterglow effect, which stores light during the day and then remains visible in the dark for a long time, is popular. It is printed as a translucent layer that can be underprinted in any colour.

How to prepare templates for T-shirt printing

It is best to send templates for T-shirt printing in vectors in CDR, AI or EPS format with fonts in curves. Bitmaps should optimally be 300 dpi and on a scale of 1:1. RGB mode is advisable for colour photo templates. It is best to prepare your design on a transparent background without the T-shirt colour (this is not a requirement for black and white textiles). If the location of the print on the T-shirts is non-standard, also send a preview of the print site.
